1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Member", or "You") and ap8my (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "ap8my"). 3. Account Registration

Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any bonus balances, and — at ap8my's discretion — withholding of remaining real-money balances pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ap8my accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ap8my does not apply currency conversion fees on MYR transactions.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. ap8my reserves the right to reverse deposits made from third-party payment sources and may request additional verification before crediting such funds. 4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the account. ap8my targets withdrawal processing within the same business day for verified accounts with no outstanding KYC requirements. 4.4 Minimum Withdrawal

• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

8. Intellectual Property

Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or licence to reproduce, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from any ap8my intellectual property without express prior written consent.

9. Privacy and Data

ap8my's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the ap8my Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using ap8my, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. ap8my processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection obligations and international gaming authority requirements.

10. Responsible Gaming

ap8my is committed to promoting responsible gambling. As a member, you have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits — Set a ceiling on the net losses you can incur within a defined period.
